After we receive your order, there is a processing time of 3-5 business days where we invest time preparing and perfecting your package. When your order is shipped, you will receive an immediate notification that will contain your tracking number. We ship our packages using USPS First Class or Priority mail. You should receive your order within 3-5 business days after it leaves our warehouse. If you have any issues with your order during transit, please contact your local post office.
All PLAY PITS products are handmade with LOVE. If your packages is damaged in the shipping process please contact us at email@example.com and we will replace item.
Please be sure to take the time to carefully review the details of your order before submitting. By verifying that your products, quantities, and addresses are all correct, you are helping Play Pits ensure your full satisfaction. After your order is submitted, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your order. Once you receive your order confirmation email, your order cannot be changed or cancelled.
Play Pits is unable to change or cancel orders once they have been submitted and processing has begun. We do not offer refunds, exchanges or store credit under any circumstances. We do not allow returns due to the fact that we cannot resell personal care products once they leave our warehouse.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS TO CONSIDER:
If you notice you have entered your address incorrectly, please notify us immediately and we will do our best to get it changed within our system before shipment, but we cannot guarantee this.
Please keep track of your order using the USPS tracking number provided in your shipment notification email. If your tracking number indicates that your order has been delivered to the address provided and you have not received your order, please contact your local post office to file a claim.
Please be mindful if you live in an apartment with a common mail/locker room, consider having your order shipped to an alternate address to minimize the risk of theft. Once your package is shown as delivered to the address that you provided, we will not replace your order.
If your package has not arrived by two weeks from your ship date, send us an email at email@example.com and let us know so that we can do our best to assist you.
