I've ordered Play Pits 3 times. The first two exeriences were good. The Play Pits for kids was really good. Helped my 11 yro alot! The "king" version is good, howeer, I noticed that it gets hard and develops "bumps" across the top that makes it uncomfortable to apply directly to my underarms. Instead, I scrape the top layer and apply with my fingers. USPS failed to deliver my 3rd order, which is not a reflection on the Play Pits product, just a poor reflection on the Postal Service. I did purchase the Route protection, so in the end I will lose $10 on the product. Because of the USPS is so unreliable, I probably will not order this product again. It's a shame because I'd love to support.

I purchase 3 items didn’t receive my order. It said it was delivered but I didn’t get anything. Didn’t get a refund for my purchase.

I tried to contact this company an entire week to let them know I did not receive my order and I never heard anything back. I ended up just filing a dispute with my bank to get my money back. I’ll most likely never order from the site again.
