Mom Self Care x Foot Soak

Mama, I hope you had a fabulous day of doing something special for you because you deserve it. We are fresh off of Mother's day but we are not off of self-care. So, come on let's keep it going. Remember, we’re doing this not just for one day but for the whole month of May! This week we are doing a DIY Foot Soak. Since most of us are still hesitant about going back to the nail shop no matter how much we need it, this is as good a time as any to learn how to care for your own feet. My toes are tingling just thinking about it.

 You only need a few things for this much needed moment of relaxation. Believe it or not, you probably already have most of these things at home. For your foot soak you need to gather:

  1. Vinegar 
  2. Baking Soda
  3. Listerine
  4. Shea Butter or Vaseline
